About the Role
Advanced Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills and the ability to adapt your approach to the foodservice design process
Proven experience with problem solving, making sound decisions, and implementing process improvements
Minimum of five years of experience using BIM in an architectural, construction, or engineering-related field
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Manage the BIM production process, while consistently meeting project deadlines and quality goals
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with our clients’ BIM team members
Develop and execute BIM standards for the firm and quality control checks for projects
Provide technical support to other team members
Manage software user licenses and make hardware and software recommendations to the leadership team
Independently identify and implement process improvement projects, gather stakeholder feedback, and keep stakeholders informed of decisions and progress
Document processes and improvements, create training materials, and deliver training to team members
Contribute to the company’s growth goals by assisting with hiring and developing the BIM production team
