| Virginia Commonwealth University 2009 Survey and Assessment – Richmond, VA - www.vcu.edu This project required a detailed analysis of the existing equipment and operations in multiple foodservice buildings. The final approximately 1500-page report included conditions ratings for each piece of equipment, current replacement costs, required repairs and cost estimates, repair vs. replace analysis, remaining useful life estimates, code compliance assessments, and supporting photography. Delivery also included an Excel-based capital budgeting model for future use in estimating repair and replacement costs on an ongoing basis. |
